Terms and conditions

1. What is included in the rental car price?:

• Unlimited mileage
• Public liability insurance
• 24-hour roadside assistance for the territory of Bulgaria
• Vignette valid for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria
• Green card
• Annual technical inspection
• Full car insurance, which covers the renter's liability in case of theft and damage to the rented car, except in cases where:
• There is damage and defects to the interior and exterior, damage to the undercarriage, including tires and rims of the vehicle, not caused by fire or accident;
• There are damages and shortages as a result of driving the car under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• There is damage and shortages caused by illegal use of the car, excessive or inappropriate speed, non-compliance with road conditions, in the absence of a police report in the event of damage or an accident;
• The keys, documents or radio cassette player panel are left in the vehicle.

2. Tenant requirements:
The tenant is obliged to present a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years. and blue (gold) control slip, identity documents (identity card, passport). The minimum age of the tenant is 23 years.

3. Car rental period:
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. When returning the car after the expiration of the contract without warning, the customer is charged as follows: up to 1 hour - free of charge; 1 ÷ 4 hours – half fee per day; over 4 hours - full fee.
If the vehicle is not returned within 12 hours of the time in which the Tenant was supposed to return the vehicle to the Lessor, the vehicle is declared wanted by the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. Methods of payment and deposit:

• In cash when renting the car.
• By Bank transfer.
• Credit/Debit card at a POS terminal device in the company's office.
• The renter is obliged to leave a deposit in the amount depending on the rented car. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of damage to the vehicle's undercarriage, damage to tires, audio equipment, dirty and burnt interior or damage to the exterior, unwashed and uncleaned vehicle.
• When pre-renting a car, the deposit is equal to the deposit for the respective car and is not refundable in case of refusal by the tenant.

5. Fuel:
The car is provided with a minimum amount of fuel, enough to travel up to 50 km. When returning, the amount of fuel must be the same as when it was delivered.

6. Delivery and return of rental cars:
From KadiRent office or at the address indicated by the client in Ruse by prior arrangement.

• Monday ÷ Friday от 09:00 a.m. ÷ 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday from 09:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
• Outside this time a fee of BGN 20 applies.

7. Technical problems and road accidents:
In case of any technical problems or road accidents, the customer must report immediately to the contact numbers listed in the contract. In the event of a traffic accident, the customer must call the police and take a report issued by the authorities. In case of non-submission of the Traffic Accident Report, the damages are at the expense of the Renter in the amount at market prices. In case of lost documents or car keys, the tenant owes a fine of BGN 200.
Insurance does not cover:

• damage to the vehicle's undercarriage, tires, crankcase, noise reduction system, in addition to the damage caused as a result of a road accident.
• driving of the rented car by a person who is not included in the contract or an incompetent person.
• use of the vehicle for racing purposes.
• driving by the client while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic or highly intoxicating substances.
• if the customer does not submit a report from the law enforcement authorities for an accident and/or theft of the vehicle.
• the vehicle is stolen along with the license plate and/or keys.

8. What is prohibited with the rental car:

• Smoking in the car
• Car rental to third parties
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Self repair
• Participating in competitions
• Towing another vehicle or trailer
• Use for training inexperienced drivers
• Failure to comply with factory specifications for load capacity and/or number of passengers
• Transfer of the vehicle to third parties not specified in the rental agreement
• Off-road driving
• Transport of animals
• Use for commercial purposes, realization of paid transport of people and goods
